Gabriella Hijazi - Solicitor

Gabriella joined Shaw Reynolds Lawyers as a Paralegal and has now transitioned to a Solicitor. She brings valuable commercial perspective to the planning and environment law sector with nearly five years’ experience in commercial litigation, spanning a broad range of work for individuals, corporate and financial institutions, including disputes arising out of joint venture and shareholder disputes, initiating and defending claims for urgent injunctive relief, and defamation. In her time with Shaw Reynolds Lawyers, she has assisted with running class 1 and class 4 matters in the Land and Environment Court, including advising on a range of property, planning and local government matters. She holds a Bachelor of Laws, and is currently pursuing a Graduate Diploma in Urban and Regional Planning at the University of Sydney.
Gabriella has extensive experience in charitable work and is currently a Director of both the Head and Neck Cancer Foundation Limited and the Fordham Foundation Limited. She brings legal knowledge and organisational skills at a corporate board level through her contribution to the many charitable organisations she supports and enjoys assisting clients with achieving their philanthropic goals.
